P2S was formed on the 7th April 2009, it is a private online and offline community of likeminded people. Whilst our web address is indexed by search engines the content of our community isn't. As such we do not actively seek out new members. However, if the "Registration" link is available and you have taken the plunge then welcome. Please ensure you read the following and the below post that says "LOOK >>>>>>>>>> How to post YOUR Introduction" and the links contained within. It may seem like a lot of hoops to jump through but it isn't really. It does however ensure that you fully understand what is expected from you, and what you can expect from us.
It is a condition of joining and accessing our forums that you post an Introduction. The notes below will assist you. If you are not prepared to do this then your details will be deleted in due course.
Use the following template to compose your introduction:
- Who: Tell us a bit about yourself, any relevant experience or skills, are you prepping for yourself/family/partner?
- What: What are you looking for from the forum and what can you bring to it? This is not a trick question if you have little or no experience, we all have to start somewhere.
- Why: Has something happened to make you want to join us, maybe the recent weather, redundancy/job insecurity, the growing financial crisis in Europe or was it something else?
- Where: Where are you based, it doesn't need to be an exact location just the nearest place you are comfortable with so one of our local Area Reps can help you find your feet on the forum. It helps if you place your location in the "title box" when you compose your intro. EG - "Hi from Essex" etc.
- When: When did you start to think that you needed to plan for emergencies and problems? What have you done about it so far (courses, self-sufficiency, skills-learnt etc …)?
Once you have submitted your introduction it will be placed in "moderation". This means it will only be visible to members of the Admin team. This process is to prevent SPAM. Once they have verified your introduction it will become viewable to the forum members. At this stage your initial viewing restrictions will be lifted. As you partake in our community you will find that other benefits become available to you. Again, this process is to reduce the chance of SPAM. If your introduction is deemed not to meet our criteria you will have the opportunity to elaborate (based on the above template).
If the purpose of joining our community is to discuss geopolitics, politics in general, religion, race, the Great Reset, New World Order, Bankers etc then this forum is NOT for you. However, if you are joining to discuss, share and learn about preparedness, survival, self-reliance and associated subjects then we hope you enjoy your time with us. Whilst we all "lurk" sometimes we do expect our members to partake in the varied discussions and prove that they are actually practising preparedness etc.
Any advice and/or guidance provided in this web site and forums is given in good faith and we take no responsibility for injuries, damage or any loss of whatsoever nature sustained whilst carrying out any described or suggested tasks or procedures, or any consequences arising.
